The DEI Assessment shall include the past five (5) years of data from the City’s payroll database as well as available information from the EEO Reports, and it shall include the following information: 3.1.1 Kick Off meeting with City Manager’s Office, Department Heads to review the project scope, discuss the commitments and answer any questions. 3.1.2 Job Analysis of all City job classifications to ensure they are in the appropriate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) job categories from the City’s Eden database. 3.1.3 Evaluation of all internal classifications by EEO categories, by gender, ethnicity, and any additional group as recommended by the consultant. 3.1.4 Evaluate internal and external recruitments, promotions, transfers, separations, terminations, and retention by EEO job categories, by gender, ethnicity, and any additional group as recommended by the Consultant. 3.1.5 Evaluate all EEO reporting practices and reports. 3.1.6 Review recruitments and all applicable applicant tracking data. 3.1.7 Review current applicant selection process. 3.1.8 Review current policies, procedures, practices and determine legal compliance, competencies, and effectiveness. 3.1.9 Conduct a nepotism analysis and review all pertinent policies. 3.1.10 Review the current salaries by gender, ethnicity and any additional group as recommended by the Consultant.
