Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition/Removal 1. Planning Department: Remove five (5) existing first-generation Mitsubishi mini-split high wall cassettes located on the first floor of the Town Hall Annex as well as two (2) corresponding outdoor condensing units located on the Town Hall Annex roof. 2. Bridal Lounge and Second Floor Office: Remove one (1) existing-first generation Mitsubishi mini-split high wall cassette located in the Bridal Lounge (first floor Annex) and one (1) existing first-generation Mitsubishi mini-split high wall cassette located in a second-floor office, as well as one (1) corresponding outdoor condensing unit. 3. The Contractor will be responsible for R-22 refrigerant recovery in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations, as well as proper disposal of all existing equipment and appurtenances, including existing refrigerant line sets. The Contractor will be responsible for disconnection of existing electrical components associated with old equipment. Installation 1. Planning Department: Install six (6) new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat “h2i” compatible high wall cassette style indoor units on the first floor of the Town Hall Annex at locations specified by the Town and two (2) corresponding Mitsubishi Hyper Heat “h2i” outdoor multi-zone units. These units will be supplied by the Town. Outdoor units cannot be placed directly on the roof and shall be placed on racks or stands providing at least 12” of ground clearance.
