A. Pressure wash to remove any bird droppings, algae, dirt, and or grease from tower and the 3 anchors points. 2. Brush / treat tower and guy anchor points for corrosion and or rust. 3. Spot Prime all rusted areas with Sherwin Williams - Kem Bond HS® Universal Metal Primer #B50AZ0008 4. Paint guy tower and guy anchors points (excluding guy wires) with Sherwin Williams – Tower Gard Transmission Tower Coating (part number #B54AZ600). 5. Re-grout guy anchor vertical support bases as needed. 6. Applying a waterproof sealer to prevent water from entering and causing deterioration to the foundation at anchor points. 7. Re-grout guy anchor vertical support bases. 8. The contractor will be responsible for any over-spray, drips, and or paint splatter upon antenna, vehicles, paved surfaces, and or neighboring structures.
