The City of Perry is requesting sealed bids for the replacement of a pedestrian sidewalk on the southern portion of Kings Chapel right-of-way from the service station to to Morningside Drive (as shown in Attachment A “Boundary”). Construction standards associated with this project generally consist of: Remove existing sidewalk or concrete/asphalt paving from back of existing sidewalk to edge of roadway. Replace concrete sidewalk according to specifications and details listed below. Replace existing concrete or asphalt drive/parking apron, from edge of sidewalk to edge of road, with concrete paving to match same alignment and footprint of existing paving. All paving outside of proposed boundary, outside of right-of-way, to remain intact and in same condition prior to construction.
