2.1. Proposal – Solid Waste and Limited Bulky Waste 2.1.1 Residential Service Units – The Contractor shall provide roadside Collection of an unlimited amount of Solid Waste to all Residential Service Units two (2) times per week. 2.1.2 Small Commercial Service Units – Contractor shall provide for roadside Collection of up to two (2) cubic yards (four (4) Mobile Totters) of Solid Waste two (2) times per week. 2.1.3 Bulky Waste – Contractor shall provide roadside Collection of Bulky Waste to Residential and Small Commercial Service Units, subject to the following limitations, provided Contractor notifies Owner of the existence and specific location of any excluded accumulation on the first business day following the normal collection. 2.1.1.1. Unbundled volumes in excess of 2 cubic yards per location per week; 2.1.1.2. Unbundled Construction Debris; 2.1.1.3. Items or Bundles exceeding 6 ft. in length or 75 lbs. 2.1.4 Private Streets/Courts and Driveways – Contractor shall not be required under this Contract to enter private streets/courts or driveways to service a Residential or Small Commercial Service Unit. However, the property owner or Service Unit may arrange for such service directly with the Contractor for a fee. Contractor shall not discriminate in the offering of said additional service, such that this additional service will not be unreasonably withheld nor unreasonably priced relative to others or the cost of service. Contractor shall notify Owner of such arrangements and shall submit to the Owner a certificate or letter of indemnification satisfactory to the Owner from the service unit prior to beginning any such special service. 2.1.5 Care and Handling of Mobile Totters and Containers – Mobile Totters and Containers shall be handled carefully and according to manufacturer’s handling and emptying procedures.
