(A) Remove and replace the waterline tile with a 6” x 6” tile, regrouting the horizontal part of the gutter behind the waterline tile (like previous) (B) Remove and replace (6) racing lanes, 6” wide using black non-skid 2” x 2” tile (C) Repair control joints that were previously tiled over (D) Clean existing plaster surface area to remove any staining or scaling that may interfere with bonding of new plaster. (E) Saw cut and chip away existing plaster around all return lines, and lights to ensure a good seal, and better transition of new plaster. (F) Sound out existing plaster. Beat up and remove loose plaster, up to 10% at n/c, if needed. * (G) Supply and install (2) new 18” x18” VGB compliant main drain frames and grates. (H) Remove and replace (5) sets of wall steps. (I) Apply a bond coat, Multicoat Products’ Scratch Kote 2000 to ensure that new plaster will adhere to existing plaster. (J) Apply approx. 3/8” to ½” average, white plaster, troweled to a hard, smooth finish (K) Cost to remove loose plaster over 10% of surface area.
