General Requirements: The contractor shall provide a legal case management solution for the Department of Social Services in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The solution must provide consistency in data entry, data storage, retrieval of information, and the ability to run reports. The contractor must provide a fully functional case management system. It is desirable that the contractor transfer all current data from both database and Excel into the new system. If the contractor does not transfer all current data, they must train and assist the agency in transferring the data. The contractor must create logins for all agency full-time employees (FTE’s) and contractors or train the state agency to create logins and provide the ability for them to do so. The contractor must provide initial training on the use of the system. The contractor must provide maintenance for the system. The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person or personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the products and perform the services required herein. Minimum Experience Requirements: The contractor’s solution, products, and service must meet or exceed the following minimum experience requirements at the time of bid submission and for the duration of the contract. It is highly desirable for the contractor to have experience with Legal Case Management solutions. This experience should be described in Exhibit D, Experience of Organization and Past Performance, and reflected in the Case Studies. It is highly desirable for the contractor to have experience implementing the solution proposed or a similar solution for government legal systems. This experience should be described in Exhibit D Experience of Organization and Past Performance, and reflected in the Case Studies.
