The work covered by the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications consists of furnishing all labor, plant, power, equipment and supplies, and performing all operations necessary for the completion of the project. The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: ● Gravel Drive Rehabilitation ● Access Road Construction ● Portal (Wet-Seal) ● Road Crossings ● Rip Rap Channels ● Piezometer Abandonment ● Conditioning & Revegetation The Contractor shall also be responsible for surveying, including establishing construction baseline, measuring and developing all completed quantities on the job, and the ordering, purchase and delivery of any and all materials required for construction or required for development of support areas. The Contractor shall perform all other operations as incidental to the program as specified herein.
