This project scope will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services for the following project scope: Construct a new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) facility on Camp Rapid. This facility will feature a concrete floor, steel roof support structure with metal roof, inset artificial turf field sized for 10 training lanes, platoon gathering/training areas, LED lighting, audio system, electrical receptacles, and storage structures. Additional site work includes clearing, grading, footings and foundations, finish grading, and turf establishment. The intended location of the facility is to the east of Building 105 and south of Buildings 113 and 123 gravel parking area on Camp Rapid, Rapid City, SD.
