The City of Nacogdoches (City) is soliciting qualifications from professional engineering design firm(s) to provide engineering design services for the City of Nacogdoches Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Belt Press Building Replacement Project. Engineering firms must possess the skills, experience and staffing to evaluate the needs for the design of the belt press building replacement. Firms will generally provide the following services: 1. Environmental review, engineering feasibility and planning. 2. Engineering design of wastewater treatment facilities 3. Preparation of the bid packet and contract documents 4. Construction management 5. Conduct field testing and inspections (interim and final); and 6. Other special services as determined
