The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, supplying, and installing a comprehensive audiovisual (AV) solution that is compatible with popular virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, and WebEx), records clear audio, and can stream events on YouTube. 2.0 Technical Specifications 2.1 All in-person attendees shall be visible and heard anywhere in the room. This may include the installation of microphones, speakers, and cameras. 2.1.1 Audio of in-person, remote, and shared media shall be recorded for District record keeping. 2.1.2 Eighteen tablets shall be included. The tablets are primarily used to view documents during Board Meetings. Tablets shall include compatible charging cables to utilize the charging cart. 2.2 All in-person attendees shall be able to comfortably see and hear media from remote attendees and presenters and vice versa. 2.2.1 Screen sharing from a laptop or remote presenter must be simple regardless of laptop manufacturer and operating systems. 2.2.2 Streaming of all meeting content, including shared screens, local audio and video, and remote audio and video shall be enabled.
