ection I – Existing Fuel Systems Removal ○ Remove existing 10,000 gallon in ground fuel tank and all associated equipment per federal, state and local requirements ○ Remove existing 300 gallon above ground fuel tank and all associated equipment per all federal, state and local requirements. ○ Bidder is responsible for obtaining any required permits and inspections required by federal, state or local governing bodies. Section II – New Fuel System Installation ○ Project is considered a design build, turnkey solution for the District’s fuel station ○ Purchase, installation and certification of a new fuel station including tank, fuel management and dispensing station ○ The District would like an above ground tank solution located where the current diesel dispensing station is located if possible ○ Bidder is responsible for all onsite measurement and verifications ○ Bidder is responsible for all trades necessary to complete the project ○ Bidder is responsible for obtaining all permits, inspections and certifications for federal, state and local requirements
