The Consultant shall provide: A. Data Collection to include: 1. Collection of data within drainage basin (upstream and downstream) necessary to adequately assess hydrology and hydraulics and prepare complete construction plans for mitigation or remedial measures (may include traffic control). 2. Coordination with local, state, and federal agencies and/or private property to collect existing plans, CAD files, maps and data related to adjacent drainage systems and developments. 3. Closed circuit video (CCTV) of drainage system (if necessary). 4. Compile data in GIS format. 5. Land surveying. 6. Engineering surveying. 7. Geodetic surveying. 8. Topographic remove sensing. 9. Cartography. 10. Overhead/subsurface utility engineering (SUE). B. Environmental Studies to include: 1. National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). 2. History. 3. Air Quality. 4. Noise. 5. Ecology. 6. Archeology. 7. Freshwater Aquatic Surveys. 8. Stream Restoration Design. C. Soils and Foundations to include: 1. Soil Survey Studies. 2. Hydraulic and Hydrologic Studies (soils & foundations). 3. Peer review of geotechnical reports. 4. Geotechnical investigation and studies. D. Hydraulic and Hydrological Studies to include: 1. Hydraulic and Hydrologic Studies (Roadway). 2. Hydraulic and Hydrologic Studies (Bridge). 3. Peer review of earth embankment analyses, designs and technical reports
