Work includes but is not limited to excavating, grading, filling, backfilling, structural excavation and backfill, scarifying, moisture-conditioning, compacting and performing compaction testing; construction of a drainage system, cement rubble masonry (CRM) walls, 18-inch minimum thick CRM lining, reinforced concrete stairs with galvanized iron pipe handrails, concrete walkways, pads, curbs, headers and mow strip; service road improvements and modifications; Portland cement concrete pavement; asphalt concrete pavement; restoring pavements and other improvements; slope mitigation improvements, including grading, imported borrow and surface preparation; roadway excavation; restoration of asphalt concrete pavement; installation of 3-feet and 4-feet high chain link fencing, 4-feet high chain link gate; connections to the existing chain link fencing; City and County of Honolulu Class “A” Portland cement concrete; reinforcing steel; fiber reinforcement; low permeability soil; #3 crushed rock; PVC Schedule 40 pipes and fittings; geotextile fabric; moss and blue rock; 3B fine (ASTM C33, No. 67) crushed rock; borrow; subgrade; basalt aggregate subbase and base course; asphalt treated base.
