Acceptable tractor models are: John Deere 6155R; Case IH Puma 155; New Holland T6.155; 3.2 The unit shall be manufacturer’s current production model, meeting or exceeding the terms of these specifications. 3.3 Units shall be manufacturer’s most heavy-duty model available. 3.4 The equipment furnished under these specifications shall be a model no more than 3 years old and with less than 1,000 hours of operation as indicated by the service/hour meter. 3.5 The equipment must be completely serviced and ready for operation. 3.6 A power train warranty must cover the offered unit. 3.6.1 Tractor delivery requirement shall be delivered no later than March 1st. TRACTOR 4WD WITH MINIMUM 155 HP ENGINE 4.1 Minimum 155 PTO H.P. at 1000 RPM 4.2 Largest H.P. acceptable would be 155 H.P., prefer less H.P. 4.3 The County needs 4-wheel drive to meet delivery requirements. 4.4 The County is requesting a heated and air-conditioned cab with AM/FM radio. 4.5 We ask bidders to bid a tractor that will meet these minimal requirements and to attach the literature to support it in the Vendors’ Response Attachment section of the E-bid.
