The removal and replacement of approximately 1,500 square yards of concrete sidewalk in sidewalk zones 2A, 2B, and 2C, as shown on the attached map on page 4. The majority of zone 2A has already been completed, with remaining work focused along Coombs Drive and Ragland Way. Plans are to complete the replacement in 2A and then move into 2B and 2C, as funding permits. This project is limited to sidewalk slab replacement only and does not include ADA handicap ramp repairs. The bid shall provide a square yard price that encompasses all associated costs, including but not limited to mobilization, excavation, concrete, maintenance of traffic, seed & straw, demobilization, and any necessary site preparation. The scope of work includes saw-cutting, removal, and disposal of defective sidewalk, along with the installation of new concrete sidewalk per City specifications.
