1. Purpose 1.1 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to solicit proposals from qualified, financially sound, and responsible firm(s) to serve as an exclusive vendor(s) to provide non-alcoholic, cold beverages and snack vending on select campuses of Mohave Community College (MCC or College). The primary goal of the RFP process is to increase existing revenue streams for the College. This will be accomplished by establishing a long-term relationship with a vendor that will be mutually beneficial to both parties. The Successful Offeror will have the opportunity to service Mohave Community College’s extended campus sites located in Kingman (NCK) Campus and Advanced Manufacturing Training Center (AMTC) at the Kingman Airport Industrial Park, Bullhead City Campus (BHC), Detroit Avenue Center (DAC), and the Lake Havasu City (LHC) Campus. 1.2 Opportunities to meet the goals are available by the successful offeror advertising promotions in the form of athletic corporate partnership, signage opportunities and College sponsorship. 1.3 In addition, this RFP is soliciting proposals for automatic vending machine and Micro-Mart services for Mohave Community College as specified above and in the floorplans in Exhibits B—E. LHC, NCK, and the AMTC are potential campuses for Micro-Mart locations.
