The Agency seeks to establish a 3-year Waste Disposal Agreement for the 4-H Conference Center located at Lake Brownwood in Brownwood, Texas. The agreement will cover all necessary waste disposal services, including collection, transportation, and proper disposal of waste, with the number and frequency of container emptying varying throughout the year due to fluctuating activity levels at the Conference Center. Despite these service variations, the total annual cost should be divided equally across 12 monthly invoices for streamlined invoicing and payment processing. Any rental rate increases are only permitted at the beginning of each 1-year period within the 3-year term and must be included in the initial bid response. The pricing structure must include both container rental fees and waste disposal costs. Interested contractors should submit a comprehensive bid that addresses these requirements, outlines their proposed services, and adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste management and disposal. In addition to the scope of work described, the following minimum specifications must be satisfied: o Provide a quantity of eleven (11) 3-yard dumpsters to remain at the facility yearround. o Placement of containers on site shall be per the instructions of the Center’s staff. o During the months of April - October, all eleven (11) containers shall be emptied twice weekly (refer to Table 1). o During the months of November - March, five (5) containers (designated by the Agency) shall be emptied once a week (refer to Table 1).
