Provide support to NHED’s IEP Facilitation Program by completion of the following: • Participate in IEP team meetings as assigned by NHED, either in person or virtually; • Focus on creating a supported environment, setting clear expectations for participants, and moderating the conversation to keep the meeting on track towards its goals; • Maintain neutrality; • Maintain confidentiality and security of personally identifiable information (PII); • Collection of required meeting documentation as prepared by the LEA, including but not limited to meeting agenda, meeting participants, meeting notes, supporting documentation, written prior notices, etc.; • Participate in NHED-sponsored training on a semi-annual basis; and • Distribute evaluation surveys to meeting participants [move this to reporting section].
