2.3.1.1 The Contractor shall host a single source microsite for employees, retirees, and their dependents to access information pertaining to the State’s annual Open Enrollment and Wellness Program. The Contractor shall ensure the microsite is successfully implemented no later than October 1 of each plan year. 2.3.1.2 The Contractor shall provide website updates/maintenance deliverables to include the following: 2.3.1.2.1 WordPress version, theme and plugin updates 2.3.1.2.2 Integration, customization and management of third-party apps 2.3.1.2.3 General consultation for website initiatives 2.3.1.2.4 Graphic design and imagery 2.3.1.2.5 Development tasks 2.3.1.2.6 Content enhancements 2.3.1.2.7 Content creation 2.3.1.2.8 Adherence with accessibility standards as defined by WCAG to at minimum version 2.1 2.3.1.2.9 Copywriting; content refresh; and 2.3.1.2.10 Additional ad hoc support requests
