The work consists of all tools, materials, supervision, labor, and equipment involving selective demolition and renovations of the interior space of the existing Men’s restroom, locker room and changing areas adjacent to the facility’s pool in accordance with the Engineering & Design plans prepared by Gillette & Associates, Inc provided as a separate document. The scope involves a complete remodel of the interior areas as specified including plumbing, electrical, countertops, masonry CMU wall modifications, and miscellaneous other features as shown on the plans.
