1 Provide labor and materials to clean (43) Air handlers throughout facility one time for Fiscal Year 2025 – Upon Contract Execution-06/30/2025 Location breakdown: R1, R2, R3, R4 – (20) Total air handlers, each air handler has (1) chilled water coil, and (1) hot water coil. There is a total of (40) coils. R5 – (2) Total air handlers, each air handler has (1) chilled water coil, and (1) hot water coil. There is a total of (4) coils. A1 – (1) Air handler, each air handler has (1) chilled water coil, and (1) hot water coil. There is a total of (2) coils. A2 – (1) Air handler, each air handler has (1) chilled water coil, and (1) hot water coil. There is a total of (2) coils. S2 – (7) Total air handlers, each air handler has (1) chilled water coil, and (1) hot water coil. There is a total of (14) coils. S1 – (6) Total air handlers, each air handler has (1) chilled water coil, and (1) hot water coil. There is a total of (12) coils. Interconnects – (6) Total air handlers, each air handler has (1) coil. There is a total of (6) coils. Each air handler must have its own report w/ pictures. Reports and pictures are to be given to the Chief Engineers Office detailing work that was completed and any damage or repair need to Air Handlers. Vendor must power wash all air boxes, squirrel cages, chiller coil, hot water coil, and fresh air intake screens. All air handlers at the facility are interior units. The facility does not have any rooftop air handlers The air handlers units are approximately 7’x7’ and 40” high See Appendix A section 1.01 B for required certifications needed by vendor. Vendor will coordinate all work through the Chief Engineers office. Vendor is to ensure work areas are clean and clear of debris after work is completed.
