1. The Sanitation company shall provide front load containers(6 to 8 cubic yards) trash bins within the Navajo Nation Fair properties as outlined in the scope of work. 2. The Sanitation company will setup four (4) trash bins, the day before the Home of the Navajo PRCA Rodeo event commences on May 29 – June 2, 2025, within the Navajo Nation Fair grounds. 3. The Sanitation company will setup six (6) trash bins, the day before the 77th Annual Navajo Nation Fair event commences on September 2-7, 2025, within the Navajo Nation Fair grounds. 4. Days of Collection: The Contractor will collect trash twice daily for the Home of the Navajo PRCA Rodeo, Thursday through Sunday, May 29 – June 2, 2025. The Contractor will collect trash twice daily for the 77th Navajo Nation Fair, Wednesday through Sunday, September 2-7, 2025. 5. Hours of Collection: The trash collection will be between 6:00 a.m. and no later than 6:00 p.m. However, the Sanitation company, at its sole discretion, may alter the starting and/or ending times due to unique circumstances, such as inclement weather or heavy volumes. 6. Disposal: The Contractor shall furnish, at its expense and without liability to the Navajo Nation, all labor, equipment, vehicles, implements, materials, and transportation necessary and proper to load, haul, and dispose of all waste during the term of the Contract. 7. The collection of refuse, waste, and recyclable materials shall be delivered to Disposal Facilities at the sole expense of the Contractor.
