The work includes grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and other associated site improvements. 3. Scope of Work for JOC Building Envelope: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide construction, repair, and maintenance services for the building envelope across various facilities. The building envelope includes all exterior components such as roofing, walls, windows, doors, and waterproofing systems.
