1. This project includes extensions of the existing natural gas distribution and services lines. Installation of meters, regulators and other required equipment to connect various buildings. a. Extend the existing natural gas services lines for building 320 main hangar to the kitchen area and convert existing kitchen equipment. b. Extend the existing natural gas lines within building 320 to the paint booth area and convert existing equipment from propane to natural gas. c. Provide natural gas lines from existing main line to building 321 physical fitness building. Provide new heaters within the building. d. Provide natural gas lines from existing main line to building 322 GSE. Provide new heaters within the building. e. Removal of propane tanks and any concrete supporting structures. f. This project does not exceed Threshold limits as defined by the CT General Statutes. g. This project is an Agency Administered project defined by CT General Statutes. 2. The Authorities Having Jurisdiction for Threshold Projects, Non-Threshold Projects, as defined by the Connecticut General Statutes, are the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) / Construction Services (CS) Office of State Building Inspector (OSBI) and Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM).
