The Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) is responsible for planning, engineering and designing, monitoring, maintaining, and operating projects that restore, create, enhance, and maintain coastal wetlands in Louisiana. Tasked with these functions, CPRA periodically visits its projects in the coastal zone. In order to efficiently and effectively observe the projects, personnel and various types of equipment including ATVs are utilized. This Scope of Services will provide for transportation of personnel and/or equipment to any CPRA project located in coastal Louisiana. The transportation company hereafter referred to as the “Contracting Party”, will perform the specified services according to this Scope of Services.
