The existing ATS electrical equipment located in the Rio Tower Machine room 1 sub-level is exposed to the ambient temperature of the machine room with no type of climate control. By providing an enclosure and installing a new mechanical system, this will provide climate control around the existing electrical equipment. Vendor shall provide construction services for civil work around the exterior of the Rio Tower - Machine room 1 and enclosing the existing electrical equipment in Machine room 1. The Civil work shall consist of drainage surface flow and underground drainage and tie into the existing storm drainage system. For Machine room 1 interior, in addition to the new enclosure, a new mechanical and ventilation system shall be provided. All work shall be per architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
