The selected vendor shall be able to provide a broad range of recognized brand-name soft drink beverages including, but not limited to, sodas, teas, waters, and juices. All products are to be dispensed from vending machines in bottles or other containers as agreed. Milk, milk based, and hot beverages are not included as a part of this contract. Service requirements are as follows: 2.2.1 Contractor shall provide three beverage fountains, one at each of the three campus locations. Fountains will be solely maintained by the contractor. 2.2.2 Contractor shall be the sole and exclusive provider for soft drinks sold, served, vended or otherwise made available of College grounds, inside of College buildings and under the auspices of the College, except as noted in Special Terms and Conditions.
