Custodial Services including but not limited to: 4.4.2.1 Restrooms 4.4.2.1.1 Toilets and urinals will be cleaned and disinfected five nights a week. 4.4.2.1.2 Stall partitions, doors, and hardware will be spot cleaned five nights a week. 4.4.2.1.3 Sinks, faucets, and vanity tops will be cleaned and disinfected five nights a week. 4.4.2.1.4 Mirrors will be cleaned five nights a week. 4.4.2.1.5 Stainless steel dispensers will be cleaned and polished five nights a week. 4.4.2.1.6 Trash cans and sanitary waste receptacles will be emptied, liners replaced and cleaned inside and outside five nights a week. 4.4.2.1.7 Restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, air fresheners) will be restocked five nights a week. Air fresheners will be replaced if empty. 4.4.2.2 Floors and Walls 4.4.2.2.1 Sweep and mop restroom floors with disinfectant five nights a week. 4.4.2.2.2 Spot clean walls once a week and more often if needed. 4.4.2.3 Air Grills and Ceiling Lights 4.4.2.4 Air supply grills and air return grills will be dusted once a week. Ceiling light panels adjacent to air supply grills will be dusted once a week.
