The following must be completed by the contractor at a minimum: Coordinate, develop and produce detailed construction drawings, details, and specifications based on City approved preliminary development plans for the North Village Park, project located at 210 Orr Street in Columbia, MO. The base concept approved has some room for creative interpretation and additional detail but must follow the general layout and organization. The contractor shall provide detailed construction drawings, details, and specifications that shall include the following at a minimum: Construction plans and details as necessary within the defined project area. Coordination of underground utilities (public/private) on and off site as pertinent to the project Electrical plan and details for site lighting and outdoor events (concerts) Parks and Recreation employs a licensed Landscape Architect that will lead the majority of construction administration, but consultants will need to assume a minor role for monthly site visits and/or project update meetings, potential unforeseen plan/detail changes, and park dedication.
