1. Provide secure vestibule, new storefront, door configuration, and device infrastructure. 2. Renovate restrooms including new finishes, fixtures, lighting, and partitions. 3. Repaint exterior painted surfaces (Add. Alternate #5). 4. Provide new landscaping at front entry (Add. Alternate #6) 5. Replace limited windows at eastern façade (Add. Alternate #4). 6. Renovate kitchen and cafeteria including finishes, acoustical treatment, lighting, sound system, infrastructure, separation, etc. 7. Provide new marquee sign (Add. Alternate #1). 8. Replace (2) RTUs, including any remedial work as required. Supplemental roofing repairs as required. 9. Replace exterior lighting and controls (Add. Alternate #3). 10. Replace lighting and sensors at entry vestibule. 11. Replace existing roof and exterior waterproofing sealant joints. 12. Perform mild detergent wash on stained/mildewed exterior facades throughout the entire building (Add. Alternate #2). 13. Provide compliant fire alarm coverage to areas modified during construction. 14. Repair and/or extend downspouts around building. 15. Remove and replace concrete sidewalks at front façade and entry.
