The Project consists of removal, transportation, and proper disposal of the derelict Vessels identified in this Solicitation, in the specific coastal regions depicted in Exhibit G (each a “Region”). The number of Vessels may be reduced during the course of the solicitation and contracting process. Specific regional Vessel lists are attached to this Solicitation as Exhibit G. The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal, transportation, and legal disposal of the Vessels listed. The Contractor must conduct all operations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including without limitation, OSHA safety standards. The Contractor shall also remove and dispose of all Vessel components and associated debris from the water within the area surrounding each removed Vessel. The Contractor must remove the Vessels in their entirety, including all related debris from the water body, below the mud line, or the shoreline as necessary.
