Exterior waterproofing/sealant joints replacement 5. Fire alarm systems upgrade to serve new reception and vestibule 6. Replace exterior lights with LED lighting and provide exterior lights controls 7. New/additional cameras 8. Card access readers, video intercom, and door contact at 2 entrances and reception 9. Mechanical systems upgrades, new chiller and chiller replacement inclusive of a new pad and security cage 10. Roof patching as required 11. Replacement of portions of chilled /hot water piping 12. New electrical panel boards and transformer
