The awarded BROKER agrees to use its best efforts to obtain prospective sellers of aircraft as needed. The BROKER when requested, will work with the Office of System Aircraft (SAIR) to identify aircraft that meet the needs of the A&M System. Upon engagement for a specific need, BROKER will provide a list of and information to SAIR regarding aircraft currently on the market for sale. As part of this process, the BROKER shall provide the information below to include, but not limited to, the following; • Perform and provide evidence of a wide geographical search • Comparison of all aircraft identified available matching our requirements. For each aircraft identified provide the following: o Aircraft make, model and serial number o Asking price and value o Aircraft airframe, engine and APU (if installed) hours and cycles o Detailed photos of exterior and interior o List of installed equipment and STCs o Identify any known incidents or accidents o Identify any areas of needed improvements o Detailed summary of maintenance records o Evaluation summary of each aircraft • For aircraft selected for purchase, perform the following: o Lead negotiation on purchase price and any other costs associated with the purchase o Review all letters of intent and purchase agreement documentation o Assist with pre-purchase review process o Evaluation of escrow and closing elements o Assist as needed with coordination of the aircraft delivery
