a) The awarded Contractor shall install, maintain, replenish, and repair or replace (if needed) a total of thirty-six (36) refrigerated beverage vending machines, nineteen (19) snack vending machines, and one (1) change machine at the following locations located on the MSSLC campus. All vending machines shall, at a minimum, operate with coin changers and bill readers. b) The Contractor shall ensure all vending machines are well-maintained and stocked with snacks and beverages approved by MSSLC. The Contractor must provide a price list of merchandise available, including a list of healthy snacks and beverages. MSSLC shall determine which products will be used in each snack and beverage machine. Beverage machines shall be stocked with soda, water, juice, and sports drinks (e.g., Powerade). No glass containers, aluminum cans, or energy drinks permitted. Snack prices shall not exceed $3.00. MSSLC will work with the awarded Contractor to determine a mutually agreed-upon schedule for vending machine replenishment.
