Design and Implement a cloud-based PMIS that integrates with Microsoft O365 GCC High. Develop and integrate a project task notification process using existing O365 products such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or equivalent notification tools Proposed system must integrate with Power BI for advanced project reporting and analytics Currently the agency uses Power BI Version: 2.138.1452.0 64-bit (November 2024) PMIS must have the ability to import existing project data from Microsoft Project, Excel, etc. 6. Train PMO and agency staff on the new PMIS which may consist of computer based online training via Teams, Zoom, etc. At a minimum, the contractor will train fifteen staff members. 7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to include all product version upgrades at no additional cost to the agencies. Agency requires contractor to provide Help Desk support within normal business hours to aid in the resolution of product issues. The agency considers normal business hours to be Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00 PM EST. 8. Contractor agrees to provide necessary support to SCDPPPS Information Technology/PMO Team to implement the awarded solution. 9. Agency requires 25 concurrent user licenses to operate this product to include four Admin users.
