Single Audit. Vendor shall perform a Single Audit (the “Audit”) and express an opinion that the general-purpose financial statements are fairly presented, in all material respects, in conformity with GAAP and to report on the Town’s compliance with laws and regulations and its internal controls as required for the Audit. Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (“ACFR”). The Town will prepare its initial ACFR in fiscal year 2025 and each subsequent year and submits it to the Government Finance Officers Association (“GFOA”) for review in their Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting program. Auditor shall review the ACFR application prior to submittal to GFOA and assist Town with GFOA application. Municipal Court. External review of the Town of Clarkdale Magistrate Court every three years performed in accordance with the Minimum Accounting Standards, Compliance Checklist and Guide for External Review by Auditors. The next audit will be required for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
