Painting Areas Interior: Classrooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, etc. as indicated by the site map. Exterior: Walls, doors, trim, columns, and any additional areas specified. C. Paint Specifications Interior: The painting contractor will need to verify the existing in place to assure they are using a compatible product for painting over the existing and to assure it will adhere to the existing coating. Exterior: Weather-resistant, UV-protected paint, suitable for long-term durability. Trim & Doors: Oil-based or durable enamel for high-traffic areas. Number of coats: Minimum of two coats required unless specified otherwise. D. Protection Measures Covering and protecting floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Ensuring proper ventilation and air quality control. Coordination with school administration to minimize disruptions.
