Exterior 1. Inspect and repair the exterior CMU walls of the building, including the damage to the upper northwest corner of the building. 2. Remove all unnecessary venting, piping, tubing, etc. extending through the exterior CMU walls of the building and seal. 3. Prepare and paint exterior of the building in color/colors of the Tribes’ choosing. 4. Replace weather stripping and trim to weatherproof the warehouse overhead doors, as required. 5. Design storefront entry in coordination with Colville Tribes staff. Basic design elements to include: a. Double glass doors, with panic exit hardware, entry hardware compatible with that used on other exterior doors (see below). b. All new windows tinted to reduce UV light. c. Side lite windows. d. Industrial awning with motion activated lighting. e. Pour new concrete pad for the entry and improve water drainage at entry location. 6. Replace rear office entry double doors and frame, per the specs provided below (DIMENSIONS PROVIDED FOR PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT ONLY - ACTUAL SIZES TO BE CONFIRMED BY CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO ORDERING AND INSTALLATION). a.
