2.3.1 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to decontaminate facilities, vehicles, and/or roadways or portions thereof. Refer to Appendix No. 8 for a listing of MDTA Facility Locations. 2.3.2 The MDTA reserves the right to inspect the facilities and equipment of the Contractor and Subcontractors at any time during the Contract to ensure all materials managed by the Contractor are done so in accordance with provisions of the IFB and ensuing Contract. 2.3.3 The Contractor shall possess a valid business license in the State of Maryland or the State in which their operations and subsequent offices are located. 2.3.4 The Contractor shall respond/acknowledge the request for service promptly and professionally via email or text within 30 minutes of notification. 2.3.5 The Contractor shall arrive to the site where decontamination services have been requested within no more than four (4) hours from the time of the request to commence with their work.
