The State is requesting that qualified architectural and landscape architectural firms submit Statements of Qualifications to provide design and construction administration services including preliminary budget estimates, programming, site planning, schematic design, design development, contract documents and contract administration/management for an on-call contract with an initial term of one-year and options for up to four annual renewals. The objective of the State is to form a team consisting of the Owner, the Owners Representative, Architect and Contractor that will work together in a cooperative and mutually supportive manner for the benefit of all the members of the team while achieving our ultimate goal. Team members will focus on this overall objective to complete construction documents, obtain bids to facilitate the start, follow through and completion of a project in a timely manner, within budget and without interference of individual interests. The Owner considers a strong team approach to be a critical defining qualification for the Architect of record.
