The successful bidder will provide a Base Bid proposal for resurfacing the existing front tennis courts as shown on the plan included with this RFP. This area will be prepared for 6 pickleball courts with nets, a 4 ft divider, and the appropriate line stripping & painting. The two existing manholes will be covered or resurfaced. Alternate # 1 bid prices shall be included for the resurfacing of the existing rear tennis courts as shown on the plan included with this RFP. This area will be prepared for 1 basketball court including posts, square shaped backboards, nets, collapsible rims, and the appropriate line stripping & painting covering / resurfacing of the manhole structures as shown on the plans. The existing rear tennis court closest to the bathrooms is to be converted into a multi-use court for Four Square, Hopscotch and a Tennis wall which will utilize the existing concrete wall. The height of the existing wall may need to be increased. Please note that due to budgetary constraints this alternative may or may not be awarded with the base bid. . Alternate # 2 bid prices shall be included for any other work proposed by the bidder. Bid prices shall include all costs necessary to complete the work including but not limited to labor, equipment, materials, surcharges, disposal, permits, transportation. All work shall be complete and in place.
