Therefore, OSPI is issuing this 2nd Tier solicitation under Statewide Contract No. 08215. to solicit proposals from Tier Consultants interested in participating on a project to provide management of the Generate Application (Generate) which aims to ensure the consistent, efficient, and accurate handling of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into Generate, in preparation for Federally required EDFacts reporting. This project will involve consulting and requirements elicitation with Program Sponsor and their stakeholders, developing ETL code, managing the Generate database Management System, and producing comprehensive documentation to produce the required information that supports annual federal reporting and maintenance of the database system and integrity of the data.
