3.1. General Scope of Work Please see uploaded documents. Scope of work is per the bid specifications. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. 3.2. Specifications Specifications are uploaded in the Document section. 3.3. Code and Standards Codes and Standards are per local, state rules and regulations and should be noted in the specifications. 3.4. Protection of Property/Property Conditions A. If property is damaged performing work specified or is removed for the convenience of the work, it shall be repaired or replaced at the expense of the bidder in a manner acceptable to the City of Lake City. B. Bidder shall notify the Contract Manager for the City of the work site having pre-existing damage before beginning the work. Failure to do so shall obligate the bidder to make repairs as addressed in this solicitation. C. Bidder shall be responsible for securing all work areas to be safe
