#2 Fuel deliveries shall be by metered truck and shall be on an automatic degree-day basis except where noted. A delivery ticket shall be presented with each delivery showing gallons delivered and the date as a minimum requirement. Deliveries for all Board of Education buildings will not be on automatic delivery and will be on a ‘will call’ basis. School deliveries shall be during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the delivery tickets shall be signed by the school custodian. For scheduling school deliveries, contact Peter Fusco at 584-7097. Fuel oil deliveries for buildings identified as “will call” delivery shall be made within 48 hours of the request. Deliveries to the Public Works Facility, Water Department properties, and Parks properties shall be made within the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
