The County does not have a Phase 1 Environmental, Geotechnical or other report available for this site. All work, to include soil sampling and core borings, borings, and test pits, as well as chemical or mechanical tests, or other tests proposed by the Design Professional shall be completed during the preliminary design and delivered to the County. • Site preparation • Procurement of all design, engineering and construction work and materials • Concept Planning • Design Management • Project Management • Employee/Sub-contractor staging, management and coordination (all sub-contractors must submit an E-verify affidavit, attached to this RFP.) • Space will be provided on site for materials staging and management • Site access management and scheduling
