1. Product and Service Delivery • Contractor will provide the City of Tucson departments with welding equipment and supplies, including but not limited to items listed in the Price Page. The City reserves the right to add related products as needed. • Ensure timely delivery to various City locations, and availability of in-stock items. • Offer pickup and delivery services for welding products and gases. 2. Inventory Management and Reporting • Maintain adequate inventory at each location. • Provide monthly usage reports, broken down by agency, and an annual usage summary. • Manage backorders and out-of-stock items promptly. 3. Customer Support • Designate staff to manage orders and provide support for government or commercial customers. • Offer technical support for product issues. • Provide online ordering options, if available. 4. Policies • Address dead-stock or obsolete items through return or exchange. • Outline any applicable rebate or incentive programs for welding supplies and gases
