All serving line framing to only be 304 series stainless steel, fully welded framing. Angle iron framing of any carbon steel/galvanized metal or bolted stainless steel framing will not be accepted. Body Panels: 18-gauge, type 304 series stainless steel. Angle iron framing of carbon steel/galvanized metal or bolted stainless steel framing will not be accepted. Front Panels: Raised/Extended Decorative 3-Form fully backlit panel application provided by manufacturer. 3- Form framed lightbox, proprietary lighting will be used to evenly illuminate the 3-Form panels. A 0-10V slide control dimmer and 96W dimmable power supply to be used to control the light output per serving line. 3-Form 3/8” Varia selection and overall size of panels and framed lightbox will be made by KISD Child Nutrition.
