Provide on-call support of 3 ActiveG enterprise solutions that SPU subscribes to including PowerSync, MapEngine, and Nash Workflows, supporting ArcGIS integration with Maximo and facilitating other business processes (inspections, asset onboarding, watershed road management, and more). These applications and their associated business processes are critical to efficient asset management/work management for SPU, and they better enable SPU to fully leverage its investment in ArcGIS and Maximo. SPU needs regular support of these application and business processes, as well as support for enhancements and changes to existing processes and support for new ActiveG-enabled processes, which include both Maximo and ArcGIS configuration.
