4.1. Multiple Scopes of Work Interested vendors may bid on one or more of the Scopes listed below. In the Bid Form section of this ITB, there is a bid table for each Scope of Work. If submitting bids for a Scope of Work, complete every item of the bid table. If you do not want to bid on a Scope of Work, select "no bid" on each line of the bid table. 4.2. Routine Supply and Delivery of Sandbags The vendor shall provide and deliver 40-pound sand-filled orange, polypropylene, minimum UV life of 2-year bags (sandbags) to Urban Flooding Sites will provide sandbags and maintain Urban Flooding Sites and deliver sandbags to SPU warehouses as needed. Urban Flooding Sites The vendor is responsible for the supply, delivery, and maintenance of sandbags at designated urban flooding sites to ensure availability for residents and businesses during flood season. • Delivery: Deliver sandbags to four identified urban flooding sites from October 15th to March 15th. o Sandbags must be polypropylene. o Sandbags must have a minimum UV life of 2 years. o Sandbags must be orange in color. o All 40lb. sandbags must be delivered in supersacks. o Supersacks must contain one hundred 40-pound sandbags. o Vendor must provide a forklift and truck with liftgate to offload and position supersacks on-site, ensuring the sandbags are accessible and usable • Site Maintenance: Maintain urban flooding sites on a bi-monthly basis. Ensure sandbags are available, removing empty supersacks and broken sandbags Consolidate open supersacks as required. Ensure at least one supersack with fifty (50) 40-pound sandbags open for use at all times. • Inventory Management: Keep track of the total number of bags delivered and remaining at each site and forward this information to the SPU coordinator. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to facilitate efficient management and planning
